What about the staff at a hospital that just saved a life for $35/hour while the hospital made thousands an hour off that same person. The staff did the job but with the tools, support, equipment and structure the hospital had on hand. Should hospital staff make more depending on the job they are performing on each individual patient since the patient is paying more for that procedure or level of care? Same with small businesses.. or people selling their goods that they spent so much time making and getting supplies, buying equipment, creating.. should the employees make more that hour when the business is booming and busy non stop? And the entrepreneur make the same amount as then even tho they sacrificed a lot to get to this point? What I’m saying is life isn’t fair but if you work for someone else, you can either accept the pay or move on to something better. I don’t want to go to my job sometimes.. i make $50,000 a year.. the company is worth billions but I consider it easier money than some other places so I stay. They’re still going to be a billion dollar company with or without me.. but I am a pretty good asset at our location.

My thing is.. people that own their own business.. that put in the blood , sweat, tears.. compromising meetings, uncomfortable meetings.. sleepless nights.. Tyler perry being homeless and never giving up on his dream.. now is other small business owners.. it would be kind of silly to give everyone we hire very high pay. We’d barely be able to get ahead in life or have a decent savings. Tyler perry has a lot of employees.. he’s shows don’t bring in HUGE numbers like friends or the Simpson.. it’s be kinda odd for him to pay alllll of his employees what the people on friends of the Simpsons make bc he’s probably go broke again and be homeless in a car. People want ceo and elite actor money you gotta but in the blood, sweat, tears and homeless nights too. They act like it should just be given to them. Go become Oprah or Tyler perry then so you can make what you think you deserve
